Worst experience, rude staff with unethical behaviour and no professionalism. whole fab hotel team is quite unprofessional and they just simply want to hide their mistakes.they have 0 knowledge of handling customers and providing resolution.

The room was spacious but looking old need maintenance there was no hot water supply when needed as need to wait for long to get hot water no telephone or electric kettle and ironing facility in room refrigerator was there shown picture in the website was entirely different mr sonu the receptionist was always helpful. and gave me heater and also friendly. but for late check out and checkin charged 2000 rs
