Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room was extremely dirty including the washroom. the furniture, walls, curtains, bedsheet, blanket, floor, tv all were very dirty. the commode was broken and the shower wasn't working, so had to sit under the tap and bathe. this isn't a fabhotel but an oyo as is clearly mentioned outside the hotel. don't know why fabhotel has listed it on it's app. do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. the breakfast was very good. clean and comfortable rooms. the sleep quality in the room was very good. modern bathroom facilities. overall it was a very good experience.
