Such a disgusting fab reena residency hotel.... dirty room, geyers not working no basic aminites ,tv is there without set up box and above all this hotel is pick up point hook up place possible police raid..

Pathetic, it's a fraud stay away. this was a group of aged 58 and above couples with my parents. no, lifts working need to take stairs. no hot water available, in the bathroom. no ac working, no water in toilet and bathroom. smelly rooms and toilets. no towels available forget about any toiletries. dark colour rooms. dusty blankets and bed. service was also bad, no one to attend, talking back, bad treating and threatening guests saying "you should have checked before booking". basically it's a big fraud racket in this area, they are taking the booking amounts which are not refundable and when you check in you loose your money or stay with them. please dnt go by overall rating or photos, someone should look into it.

A decent budget hotel with all the amenities one can expect at this price range. front office staff was polite and spoke well and guided me to future bookings as well. a gentle reminder to all those travelling from all over india, speak to the hotel directly and they'll guide you to the best tourist attractions all over delhi. will recommend to anyone wanting to travel in a budget friendly manner.

I cant tell how pathetic the property was . we didnt get time to search other hotels so booked this hotel by looking at fab hotels brand but to my surprise the hotel was in a horrible condition. only the reception looks like a 3 star hotel else all the rooms are like a local dharamshala rooms . starting from the walls the paint was coming out from all places . ac looks like it was bought in 1990 that too second hand . there was no geysar they gave a rod to boil the water so that we can have a bath . there were no locks in the room so one cannot lock the room if they want to go out . camera is the commando here to protect your belongings . commode was broken , lights were not working . there was ajeeb si smell all over the room . bed sheets were dirty . staff was rude basically this is hotel booked by couples for 2-3 hours so i would recommend everyone to sleep on road instead of going there
