I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. the room lacked basic privacy the curtains were either missing or not properly placed, leaving the room exposed. since it was on the ground floor, anyone from outside could easily see inside, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. safety was also a major concern. there were no visible security features like cctv near the room, and the locks didnt feel reliable. i didnt feel secure staying there. the ac wasnt working, and when i complained, the staff came and removed the unit entirely for repairs, causing noise and disturbance for over 3 hours. the room didnt have proper ventilation either, and overall, the condition was not what i expected from a hotel brand like fab. some noteworthy (but not in a good way) details: there were no basic toiletries provided. the bedsheets and towels didnt feel clean or fresh. room lighting was dull, making the space feel even more uncomfortable. soundproofing was poor i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. there also werent any good restaurants or places of interest nearby, making it hard to enjoy the location. overall, i wouldnt recommend this hotel, and i will avoid fabhotels in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience at. the staff is rude, unprofessional, and has zero sense of customer service. they don’t coordinate properly and talk as if they are doing us a favor. it was a complete nightmare dealing with them. if you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. worst service ever!"

Worst- threatening staff- miss behaviour- not safe to be declared as a hotel for stay- no management- no staff uniforms- no responsibility as a service provider. after arguing all they do is here’s our owner number contact them don’t say a word to us. if you argue more to us that won’t end up nicely for you.

Near to the market location was excellent nice to stay trying again

It was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. the breakfast was very good. clean and comfortable rooms. the sleep quality in the room was very good. modern bathroom facilities. overall it was a very good experience.
