3 GoodRooms photos shown on fab app are different from the actual. by seeing the photos i booked the hotel.the hotel is old and the rooms don't look good. the bathroom was made using some partitio don't, the toilet seat was old, the bathroom heater didn't work on the second day, and i had to get the hot water from a common bathroom. the geyser was almost dead but somehow it worked on the first day.Sabir, 1 Nov

1 AverageOne of the worst hotels in new delhi, the rooms r pathetic everything is broken in this place ac is not working bathrooms r even worst, when i checked in after seeing condition of the room i objected then they offered me another room with toilet & bathroom which were outside the room( common toilet & bathroom) which r used by common guests just imagine this hospitality from their end. i even talked to the owner some mrs.sanghi very annoying lady. staff is very rude and unresponsive.the photos shared on travel websites r all fake and nothing is what they display in them.not even worth a rs.500 bucks.then i called up ibibo about the situation and told them to cancel the booking and refund my amount they very promptly did the same .please don't visit this place with ur family as u will be very disappointed sharing some photos ...Sonal Jain, 21 Oct

1 AverageRoom was unhygienic very dirty bathroom.. geyser was showing on but no hot water at all.. i have to bath with cold water.. tv cable was not working as tata sky was not changed by hotel.. i have asked for 8 to 10 times to recharge cable tv but only done.. even hot water was not arranged.. it's waste of money..Nitin Gawad, 15 Oct

1 AverageThere was no one at the reception when i arrived. the staff member was busy chatting with someone and, even after noticing me waiting, didn’t come over. it was only after i asked another staff member that he was called to assist me. after the check-in, he insisted that i give a good rating for the process. the room was spacious, but the door lock was broken, the refrigerator and bathroom were dirty, the bedsheet was unclean, and there were no proper curtains, allowing anyone to see inside from both sides. i’ll never book here again.Ashwin Kc, 8 Oct

2 AverageProperty is good but management is not well....ac is not working properly no amenities they are providing cleanliness is very poor. housekeeping facilities is very poor. they are providing water bottle for regular drinking and charging higher then mrp. rates of meals is very high as compared to quality and quantity.Abdur Rahman Husain, 5 Sep
