I dont know how is this even rated 4+, not at all for family stay. should be 2.5/5 at best. because - 1. no hygiene. walls and floor are worst and not at all maintained. 2. saw atleast 6 cockroaches. 3. rooms are small. 4. smelly room 5. had to change the hotel next day. pros: - staff behaviour is good but what to do with it if rooms are not well maintained.

Worst hotel i have ever been too. no lift in the hotel. room walls were all moldy. we couldn't even stay there for 1 night. had to change the hotel the next day. plus the staff and services are even worst. won't recommend this place to anyone.

We arrived at nk residency around midnight and were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially ahmed and usama, who assisted us during check-in and check-out. the room was spotless, and everything was well-maintained. highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
