I hope this message finds you well. i recently stayed in 308 and wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience. unfortunately, i encountered several issues during my stay. the room was in poor condition, with noticeable wear and no fresh paint. most concerning was the air conditioning unit, which was not functioning properly. although the staff attempted to fix it, it worked only temporarily. in the middle of the night, it stopped working again, making it difficult for me to rest, especially since i had planned to work throughout the night. given these inconveniences, i would like to formally request a refund for my stay. i appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to hear back from you soon regarding the possibility of a refund. thank you for your understanding.
