I stayed at fab hotel moro for three days. the receptionist was playing music very loud all night. specially the receptionist who was in night shift he had lack of professionalism, people were shouting outside the room. in front of my room they are playing very loud music and shouting and using abusive languages at all night. i called to receptionist 2,3 times at night but he did not take any action. i was staying with my wife she got very scared. this hotel is not safe for family. torn & dirty towels no washroom slippers i am feeling like i have wasted my precious time and money in this hotel.

Pathetic stay first staff denied that they dont have extra mattress as i booked room for 3 then when i told them that i will complain then they provided me mattress . they gave me room next to reception & both guys playing music so loud that we are unable to sleep after shouting 2 times they stopped & after 1 hour again they started music . terrible stay i would say

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
