I booked 9 premium rooms for the night of october 19th to 20th. initially, the booking process was smooth, with the team responding to availability inquiries within 30 seconds. however, when my team attempted to check out, we encountered significant issues with the payment process. i requested a payment link rather than using a scanner, as this was a corporate booking that needed to be settled through an official account. to resolve this, i had to reach out to the fab hotels customer service team multiple times—approximately five to six calls—since the contact through whom i made the booking was unresponsive. unfortunately, each time i called, i was placed on hold for 20 to 25 minutes without any assistance. my team ended up waiting over an hour at the hotel reception to complete the checkout, and the staff were not cooperative during this time. while the rooms and service were close to satisfactory, this experience has led me to conclude that i will not be using fab hotels again.

Really loved the room.. pretty spacious as compared to rooms of other hotels in similar category. bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well.

Room was okay, but the whole process of booking, checking-in & professionalism is zero.

Bad service and room is not clean bathroom is not hygienic overall bad experience not recommend

My recent experience at jm banquet hall was a mixed bag. the venue provided a decent atmosphere for a small celebration, with good food that satisfied the taste buds of attendees. however, there were notable areas that require improvement. one aspect that fell short was the stage setup for special occasions like birthdays or engagements. the stage lacked the grandeur and ambiance expected for such events, leaving much to be desired in terms of aesthetics and presentation. another notable downside was the handling of music during gatherings. the operator seemed unaware of when to adjust the volume, resulting in inconsistent sound levels throughout the event. as a consequence, guests struggled to engage in conversation over the inconsistent background noise. despite these shortcomings, banquet hall offers potential for improvement. with attention to detail in stage design and better coordination with the music operator, the venue could elevate its offerings and provide a more seamless experience for patrons hosting special events.
