FabHotel Llyod Residency

No hot water in 10 to 12 degree of delhi winter. very old hotel with broken spring mattresses... no door locks and even door is not closing completely.. worst experience. you should shit pushing doors.. told that hot water is brought from other hotel and only one bucket is possible, we should adjust with it or wait for one more hour.

I had a very bad experience with fab hotels. the rooms were nothing like the pictures. they were musty, dirty, dimly lit. there was no hot water in winters in a place like delhi. the restaurant was closed. there were mosquitos in the room, which were a red flag because i was recovering from dengue at the time and even shared my reports with fabhotels. but they refused to provide refund to me. washrooms were small and smelly. the bedsheet and pillow covers were not washed. all rooms were the same so whatever room change they were suggesting was a no go. my aged father and i had to leave the hotel at night, and we had already paid in advance for 2 days so all of that went to waste. do not recommend staying with fabhotels. they are not managing their properties, misleading customers and then refusing refunds. please find attached images. when we complained, they said that they conducted highly classified investigation, wasted my time for a week and then refused my refund. their manager did not even show the courtesy of calling me back. so please choose something better.

Fab hotels are the worst. the hotel had dampness in each room with pungent smell. i had opted for early check-in but had to adjust in a dingy room without a key. the manager told me he would change my room at 11. when i confronted him he very rudely told me that check out time is 12 so cannot provide me before that on enquiry of hot water he told me it's only available till 11 but i told him at even 10 i didn't had hot water. worst experience ever avoid at all cost.

Third class service and facilities. even door handle and lock was broken. i locked the door from outside and then even they took around 15 mins to open that door. room was dirty and tlchewed guthka was lying on side tables near bed. worst experience for such an expensive hotel. don't go to this hotel.

The rooms are great, the internet is good, the bed is super comfy!

Excellent accommodation with good people around
