I have stayed at this place in past due to its location in past, hence booked this for my recent holidays from 19th feb to 9 march and sorry to say this place is getting worst every year. even though we booked premium room, mattress were very hard not to a hotel standard, no toiletry provided, worst breakfast with no choice (2 bread in rs200) even they do not have toaster to provide toasted bread. reception staff not helpful, night receptionist was rather rude and unprofessional. no tea coffee or water bottles per day, very bad experience overall.

The rooms are highly overpriced compared to the quality of rooms given. we paid 4k for a room and bedsheet was not even washed and were very old. rooms were very basic which you would get for 2k. we didn’t get basic things like tea, coffee, brush etc. only good thing was location of hotel and service was fast.
