1 AverageFirst of all..they took lot of time to check in..my app was showing a different amount and they were asking for a different amount. after i was about to pay online,they agreed for the amount shown on the app. next they didnt not even allow my parents for an hour on the pretext of hotel policies. i wonder what kind of policies do they have which dont even allow parents. next morning they ran out of water. i was in washroom and there was no water. i have to sit on toilet seat for an hour. neither water nor they had tissues in toilet. when i contacted the reception, they were like receptionist is about to come, you can talk to her. for the first time i had such a terrible experience at fab hotels. next, when i booked hotel for 2 persons,they should have given two towels. but they gave only one towel and one shop. no bodywash aur shampoo was provided.Deepak Poonia, 26 Dec

1 AverageLet me start do not book. pathetic location, people who don’t know mahipalpur, should never ever book any hotel in this area. i was travelling from bangalore and had no idea, had booked as it was close to airport. cleanliness: very bad, walls are dirty. room smells like cigarettes. bed linens: very poor, old and not at all clean. blanket was torn. when we asked for the sheets to be replaced, they just flipped but it was same. blanket was torn. ambience: pathetic, toiletries: dental kit. thats all, no shampoo or conditioner. not even hair dryer. all the washrooms are leaking and not at all clean. they provide one bottle, that too ro if you ask for new they will shay it’s ro and clean and they don’t have new bottle. overall worst hotel i have ever stayed. p.s: don’t go by the pics you see on makemytrip or any other portal.Harsh Gautam, 13 Feb

1 AverageI had reached the hotel at 9 pm despite advance payment they had provided me a room which is very small in size and was opposite to kitchen the room has tv but not working. overall experience pathetic bakwas manager was rude not recommending anybody to stay there. also fabhotel has lost their image as this is their responsibility as i had paid money to them. pathetic pathetic patheticArun Diwakar, 22 Mar

1 AverageSecond time worst experience with fab hotels. the rooms which provided to us was in very bad condition. no hot water in this winter we struggled a lot. staffs were not responsive working in dilemma they just want the payment to be settled even they provide good amenities or not amount is the first preference. i can rate worst to worst. don't recommend this hotelDivya Raje Urs, 27 Dec

3 GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mohit Bhaskar, 14 Sep
