The hotel staff is extremely rude, particularly the woman at the front desk. many of the positive reviews seem to be written by their own employees. this has been my worst experience so far. never visiting again.

Pathetic process of booking. no accountability of owner for your booking. do not choose fab hotel or third party app for booking. they never help. they knock the door at 1:00 am in night and asking of difference payment of 150, which they don't know why it is showing as difference. they didn't wait to resolve it during check out. directly go to hotel and book.

They checked identity card at 11.40 pm at night. i raised this issue. don't recommend for family stay. please look into this matter fab group. we are booking hotels in the name of fab group. very dissatisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at the grand palazzo. the rooms were not only spacious and clean but also beautifully designed with great attention to detail. the lighting was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the mirrors were well-placed, which was a thoughtful touch for those who appreciate it. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even better. i highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
