Lack of cleanliness & extremely poor service. very very rude staff, doesn't know how to talk to guests. rooms full of cockroaches & rats, whereas staff doesn't respond to remove the unhygienic conditions. booked because it was close to dr karni singh shooting range, but turned out my worst nightmare.

I'm not happy with the service for several reasons: 1. there was no telephone in the room to contact reception. we had to go directly to request anything, even though the booking site mentioned that rooms included a telephone, towels, bath soap, etc. the reality was different. 2. i booked a deluxe room with breakfast included, but at checkout, i received a bill that included charges for breakfast. i specifically selected a room that stated breakfast was included. 3. we also had to pay for water. 4. the biggest issue was the long wait time for food. once we ordered breakfast or dinner, we had to wait up to an hour, and even then, we had to remind them every 30 minutes to receive our order. overall, this experience was very disappointing.
