Totally avoidable. i had a booking there through booking.com but at the time of checkin the guy at the reception who was extremely rude n disrespectful told us they don’t hv any booking confirmation and they are totally sold out and we can just go. very shocking behaviour! i hv never ever encountered anything like that. very suspicious place not for family.

The room i was first allotted was dingy, dark, and had water seepage on the ceiling and walls. i was forced to spend the night in the room after check-in because there weren’t other rooms available. the next day the manager was not too keen to consider my request but when i threatened to leave the premises, they changed my room. but i would not suggest anyone to book this hotel as the rooms are very small. it’s definitely not worth the price they are charging. i even reached out to booking.com customer care but they were of no help. they only wanted feedback. p.s. the photos shown on the app is completely different from reality.
