The bathroom is very inconvenient. very small, hand sprayer not in convenient location. it was very difficult to enter and exit bathroom

Worst hotel ever they confirmed my booking through fab with early check-in at 6 am with extra charges but when i reached there they denied completely and acted very rudely. they called fab in front of me told them they don't have any room and fab was not responding they put my call on hold. after this all receptionist said they will charge 1500 extra then can give room

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

The rooms were comfortable and cozy and the staff were kind and helpful. the food was also so tasty. chef virendra did a marvelous job and the associate staffs mr suraj and mr gaurav were really helpful towards us and were always ready to provide us with anything we needed during our stay.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.
