Avoid at all costs – worst experience! i had the worst experience at this hotel. the rooms were extremely unclean and the entire place looked shady and poorly maintained. i had booked for two nights, but the moment i saw the condition of the room and restroom, i decided to leave immediately. when i requested a cancellation - they refused to refund my money. i strongly advise anyone looking for accommodation to avoid this hotel. it’s a complete waste of money, and the hygiene standards are totally not acceptable at all. address: fabhotels - e-147, saket rd, block e, saket, new delhi, delhi 110017 save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!

The hotel is not maintained properly, rooms are dirty, and the place did not feel safe. i asked my family to check out immediately on the same day, we requested to cancel the booking and asked for the refund for the remaining days, the staff did not respond properly. as per the policy of fab hotels they should provide the refund for remaining days by deducting the amount for 1 day stay, but the staff does not want to play by rules. it seems some kind of fraud.
