1 AverageWe had the most worst experience during our stay in the fabhotel bmk grand in new delhi to begin with, they allotted us a room in 1st floor and the button to the first floor in the lift was broken.. i hv knee problem...i can't climb stairs.. i had to go to 2nd floor by lift and then climb down to 1st floor... how could they allot a room if lift button is not working properly.... they didn't even inform us .probably they themselves don't know... this is the way they run their hotel secondly, there was no plug point in the room to charge the mobile.. no kettle in the room... when asked they told it's budget friendly hotel... so kettle will be provided on request... i have a doubt .is a hotel charging inr 3500 per day budget friendly ? they had put up a very good picture of their room in the website but in reality it was something different and the corridor in front of the room was so dirty as if they hv not cleaned the hotel for years moreover, no tea bags were provided and were given only when asked. being a regular traveller myself, i know for sure that any hotel charging rs 3500 per day has to provide these basic amenities. to provide these amenities and regularly clean the corridor, is the hotel management expecting customers to pay rs.10000 per day ?as far as i am concerned, i will never ever stay at this place again. i leave the readers of this review to decide whether they want to risk trying this hotel.Ravi Iyer, 19 Aug
