1 AverageDisappointed – poor room conditions & basic amenities missing. after being stranded due to fabhotels prime sage being closed for renovation (without any prior notice), agoda customer care finally relocated me to fabhotel anutham saket. while the location is good, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. the room was in a mess—no bath towels, no mug for bathing, no door mats, and worst of all, the room door didn’t even lock properly! for a hotel claiming to provide a comfortable stay, these are basic necessities that should never be missing. the lack of attention to maintenance and guest comfort was disappointing. i expected a much better standard from fabhotels, but this was a huge letdown. would not recommend unless they seriously improve their services.Keerthan Betta, 8 Mar

1 AverageSo i have stayed at this place for one day 1. no towel no water 2.very dirty rooms bedsheets bathroom 3.cleaning guy says it's clean 4.reception landline phone is not serviceable 5.its very shady and no one cares who you are and what you need no one asks. 6. tv seems to be second hand.cell is not there in remote.only one channel comes if you want to see then watch that forcefully. 7. staff is surprised when i asked for cleaning the room. he said saaf to hai problem kya hai 8. bedsheets seem like 2 yrs old and torn with holes at some places. 9. bedbugsAmit Patel, 16 Feb

1 AverageDon't go with fake reviews.. this hotel is actually a disaster..it's like a fixed price shop that too not value for money. this hotel is an appartment converted to hotel. i went there looking for rooms, i asked the price he quoted rs.2500. i checked the room..it was like 1 bhk. i checked another room, it was 1 rk. i came back asked price he told same rs.2500. i asked him negotiate. even told him that fab app shows rs.2100 as booking amount. the receptionist is very rude. he told me check somewhere else. i have many options for booking.. but if you can't deal with a customer properly then..customer's will stop dealing with you simple.Shubham Acharya, 30 Dec

1 AverageTerrible experience - avoid at all costs this is by far one of the worst hotels i’ve ever booked. the images shown on the booking platform are incredibly outdated, likely taken when the hotel was new. the current condition of the property is appalling everything is worn out, poorly maintained, and absolutely filthy. dust is everywhere, and the level of cleanliness is shockingly bad. i regret choosing this place and would strongly advise others to steer clear. don’t be fooled by the misleading photos; it’s nothing like what’s advertised.Suvigya Kapoor, 16 Nov

1 AverageNo rating very bad experience and poor quality services not suitable for family & i have faces such worst experiences in my life there no proper cleaning ,no facilities old tv, ac complaint, not ready to clean the room for a single black tea they asked me 60 rupees like 5 star hotel. offer price i got from fab for staying the hotel is 7000 including vatt, but they charged additional 400 rupees from me. such a waste hotel i think they are focusing on couples for spending few hours.Vaishakh Balan, 29 Oct
