FabHotel Anutham

I am really very disheartened while writing this review. this was my first hotel with an average staff but the hotel was lacking with so many basic amenities. the room was not clean, there was dirt over the landline floor that was not clean,there was dirt on the mirror, the hand shower was not working properly. it took around 1 hour for an old ac to get started which was so much time wasting. the staff was polite in communication. when i was in a deep nap in the morning around 6, the ac started spilling water over my head. i called reception but nobody came to solve this issue. i myself switched off the ac till my checkout. and the best part is i have paid 2700 for this kind of shitty service. this hotel has got a great location opposite pvr in saket, looking to which i booked this hotel. i am deeply unsatisfied with this place and warning every single one of you who are reading this review.do not pay extra for breakfast cause the breakfast they are serving at that price is below average. i have added pictures and video for you guys to warn you for not booking this damn place for your stay.

It is brought to the notice that during my stay at fab hotel anutham, the cleanness of rooms was terrible. no one in room service picked up internal phone during stay. gyser of the room was out of order due to which no hot water was available. bedsheets on the bed was with staines and in a very bad condtion. towles kept in the bathroom was tored. no food was served denanded on payment by saying that they havw some kitchen issues. the tray in whcih complementary breakfast was served was very dirty. it was my third stay in fab hotel anutham but worst than ever before. i must say i will not stay in this hotel in future due to the reasons stated above. hope fab hotel will conduct a discreet inquiry about the facts and circumstances mentioned above and will come back to me. hoping for strict action in this regard. manoj sharma

With full of frustration i am writing this is my worst experience i have ever seen. with paying rs3000 i get these worst amenities first i waited for two hours during check-in time ac not working properly(no cooling) fan create huge sounds so not possible to sleep. floor have pointed nail which getting hurt my foot. hotel staff not supporting even no bandage for emergency. washroom tap broken. no toiletries provided in washroom. washroom not clean insects(bedbugs) in beds so no one can sleep over night.

The worst experience i have ever had with a hotel. i had booked the hotel in advance, all payments paid. but when i reached the hotel, i was told that all rooms were already booked. so, i was taken to another hotel nearby and made to stay there. the rooms were shabby, although the toilets were clean. no towel, toiletries , wifi or even drinking water was provided by the staff.

Room were really dirted. bathroom doors did not lock and the reason shared by the manager was it is due to rain. the side table was broken. breakfast was served from outdoor vendor. had a terrible experience and its strange to see this is how fabhotels take care of the service

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
