Worst hotel ever seen in my life 1. they are totally animal like behavior they dont know how to talk to customer. you are paying for rooms but they behave like you are living there for free 2. they room are garbage, i meant to say they dont clean there room, bathroom. you can easily spots hair on the floors 3. they dont give television , dustbin, hand-washer in bathroom 4. they say there hotel have power backup. but these fools dont know keeping inverter in hotel is not good idea. if electricity goes you can only use lights and fan, no ac will be operational. some one should tell them backup means generator. 5. bedsheets and blanket have numerous stains 6. there rooms are full of mosquito. 7. no drinking water will be available 8. there hotel is less hotel more oyo, i mean couple book there room for 2-3 hours and rest you know 9. at last, i recommend everyone never look at there garbage hotel and services as an option for staying

The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly. we had to change our room twice in a 2 days stay because the water was not coming and the wifi was not working at all. the room that we got finally was very dirty, filthy and was infested with cockroaches, found a dead cockroach near dustbin. bedsheets, pillow cover and blanket were dirty too. water went out for 3 times in 2 days and when we tried to talk to the staff they literally talked angrily, unprofessionally and rudely. they didn't address any issue including wifi, water problem and even had to call them 5 times for a bottle of water but they didn't even provided it. i had to go downstairs myself to buy one as they literally said that they don't have it. no ac remote was given, no tv in the room, even there was no curtain on the window. literally felt like the place is for animals and not for humans (atleast for those who care about the way they want to be treated). worst hotel experience ever. when i asked about the water they said "humare paas paani nahi hai aur ab raat ho chuki hai so ab kal he milega" while i was calling them since morning for the water. when i went down to talk about wifi they said "wifi khraab hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte aap ko kaam chala padega" that too rudely. water went out for 3 times in 2 days and when i called them they stopped picking up the calls and when i went to ask them about it they said "humne call nahi uthaya kyuki doosre customers hain yahan, aap ka call nahi utha sakte har baar". the behaviour is inhuman and conditions are filthy.

The rooms are filthy, no cleanliness at all, found dead cockroaches on the floor and even bedsheets are extremely dirty. the staff is extremely arrogant, unfriendly, unprofessional and talk to the customers like they are doing a favour to them by giving a room. in a 2 day visit i had to change my room twice because water was not coming in the washroom and even the wifi was not working. i went to the reception to ask what's happening but the their response was completely rude, i tried talking to the staff but they literally said "abhi he so kar k uthe hain hum isliye jawab nahi de payenge", they didn't even address the problem of wifi and later on stopped even picking up the calls. in a 2 day visit i had to call the reception for more than 5 times just to get a bottle of water but at the end i had to go downstairs and bring the water for myself. no ac remote was not given, no toiletries were provided, there was no bucket in the washroom, geaser was not working, water went out for 3 times and had to call the reception multiple times for it. the lift wasn't working as well. i had made the prepayment or otherwise i would have never stayed at this hotel at all. will never use fab express from now on. the worst experience.

The hotel is located at very convenient place. staff is very helpful and supportive breakfast spread was excellent room was very spacious
