Actually it’s a fraud hotel. if the hotel is fully booked they won’t remove it from the online portal. also they would say not the hotel they booked. the reaction they are giving will be top notch. also regarding the reply i just spoke to your manager directly. i travelled all the way from manali to your hotel by booking online. but your manager said it's not oyo it's fab express but the gstin number are the same for both.if you guys do the same one day you will fall. tried calling the number in the comments they dint pick. once you book they won't respond to your calls.

One of the worst hotel i ever encountered. i have been traveling to many places. and stayed in many hotels. but such a pathetic manager in fab express tp suite. they will list their hotel in makemytrip and if it's over booked. they would blindly reject our check in. even if it's a family,untime they never mind, also we won't get the refund.also the hotel is in the corner you can only reach through cab or own vehicle. it's a nightmare

It's such a fraud hotel . last monday we booked a room here. but once we reached there first they said it's not the hotel we booked once we confirmed through address and everything they asked for extra 2000 per room . we were 2 ladies and we were stranded. the manager he is worst of all.

The room was very terrible. it does not look like what is shown in the pictures. the walls are covered in dust and smells a lot fungal. meanwhile the hot water was not available and the washroom was not even clean. you will have to use bucket in place of flush. the staff was also not co operative and rude at times. even the price for the hotel was not justifed at all. you could get the same room at a very less price. overall stay away from thishotel if you want to make your trip worthwhile.

Rooms are not at all clean. it seems rooms are not cleaned for months with web cobs and dirt sitting on all places. total unhygienic place. think well before you book this hotel. fab hotel chain quality is going pathetic. ghode se gadha. service is pathetic, you need to remind or call 4 to 5 times to get the things done. the hotel location is inside and in narrow lane, most of the cabs will not come in or cancel the booking. i'll not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I hope i could rate this as negative, pathetic service and assistance by the hotel as well as fab hotels are literally looting the customers by taking money for a 4 star rating for a property and service not worth 1 star. sharing the actual picture of the property against what is shared by the fab hotel for lotting the customers
