Location is good but service is poor . they did not give us bath towels for the second day even after multiple follow-ups . luckily we had carried one with us which allows us to take bath . they charge 4k per day and say 3 star . it is now where near this . only good thing is staff were polite . the road to the hotel was dug up on both sides . please avoid if possible . even food is not available and you have to order from outside . i would hesitate to book from fab express from now on . absolute misrepresentation of facts on the hotel booking website . the building did not look like anything in picture

I recently booked a 2-day stay via fabexpress, and my experience was highly disappointing. on the first day, i was informed that they had an offline booking at my original hotel (taj residency), so i was forced to shift to another property (premium rooms by fabexpress) despite my busy schedule. taj residency: decent but lacked cleanliness. i had to ask for a towel, and toiletries were not provided. however, they at least served breakfast. premium rooms by fabexpress: horrible cleanliness! they didn't provide water, and i had to wait 30 minutes just to take a bath as there was no water supply. again, i had to ask for a towel, and no toiletries were provided. to make matters worse, they didn’t even serve breakfast. overall, this was a terrible experience. the lack of basic amenities like clean water, towels, toiletries, and breakfast made my stay extremely uncomfortable. would not recommend! rating: ⭐ 1/5

I had a very bad experience—no honesty, no commitment. they canceled our room without any notice. when we arrived, they informed us that we needed to change our hotel to another location because they had given our booked room to another customer. i strongly recommend please don’t book it.
