Mr anil is subconscious mind person no room cleanliness hairs on bed sheet and cockroach mosquitos are the main hub of hotel rooms no responsibility of manager anil bhagwan bharosa hi chal raha hai if u book the hotel online they denied first and than said cancel and paid 1500 rs to me if u dnt want online booking why u open creating a mess no clarity about work anil manager is totally lost person if owner see the comment plz check it and do best for future bookings .

The person at the reception desk (anil) is a rude person. the hotel is understaffed. breakfast packages are available but the hotel does not have a kitchen. the rooms are highly unclean as the same are provided on an hourly basis to couples. mattresses are bad and are infested with bugs. the towel provided was used and had shut stains on it. no toiletries were provided. you have to buy water from outside the premises. faced issues with running water in the washroom with regards to it being stopped at one point through the night and when it was resumed in the morning it was muddy. they do not have a parking facility as opposed to what they have advertised the listings/description of this hotel is highly misleading and false.

Even though my room was pre-booked and paid. i was told they don't have any empty rooms. 2 stars only because they were kind enough to provide another accommodate us in another hotel. but to be honest. neither the other room had a cleanliness nor breakfast options that i booked was provided. not worth it, i just didn't had the patience or the energy to fight and demand after a long travel in delhi's heat! go at your own, risk...you may or may not get the room even after pre booking.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.
