Worst experience. i arrived for check-in they kept me waiting for 45 minutes telling room was to be cleaned. then they gave the room where the curtains were just kept over the shelf so was afraid to go near it. room was ok but is only for couples because the room nd toilet partition was see through. toilet was not clean. wash basin faucet was loose n was not fixed. air conditioning was on opposite side of the bed n that made us sweat inside blanket. blanket was torn. only one bath towel was provided. we asked to provide a mineral water bottle which they charged and gave us a used water bottle. we asked for new one and they delivered it after about half hour. at night we asked for plates for eating food which they said would give but never gave me one until we ate the food as it was getting cold. and it never came. no proper lighting inside the room, just 2 lights near the bed was only in the room. basic amenities to heat water to drink was also not provided. i have booked with breakfast but when enquired for breakfast they told me they can buy it from the street vendor and give me the food which we refused as it was very unhygienic to see. customer service 1/5 room facilities 1/5 cleanliness 1/5
