1 AverageWhen we checked in the bathroom was completely in dust and mud. the tv did not function at all. the hot water service is only from 6am to 11am. the hotel staff was helpful enough. over all its was an okay experience. will not recommend if coming with family and children.Sujit Nair, 2 Feb

2 AverageFab hotel services are pathetic... no hot water in the hotel room after 11 o'clock... no a/c and tv service in the room.... although staff are good.. hotel services and feb hotels comunication may vary... please check first.. do payment at the time of check-in.. not in advance..Malav Shah, 19 Jan

3 GoodHotel room is okay, however room service was pathethic and had to make multiple calls to just ask for one glass hot water, or a blanket. they brought tea but no sugar despite requesting. so service is very poor. additionally, no tolieteries like tissue roll or proper towels. example, they just kept 1 small medimix for two people a and everything had to be requested multiple times and that is the problem. else the hotel is near to station and you can walk as well to reach to hotelJanu Jagtiani, 29 Dec

1 AverageThis is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. i had booked a family room but at the time of checkin they denied and instead forced me to take lower category room. the hotel staff is very rude and not at all helpful and for breakfast they provide only 1 item that too tastes very badDivanshu Aggarwal, 29 Dec

1 AverageWe reached at 12pm which was the checking time, however we along with two other couples were made to sit out as their rooms were not serviced. after sitting out for an hour the hotel tells me that fab over booked the place and the rooms that we had pre-paid for is not available, they only had non ac rooms available which i accepted. i had paid extra for both days breakfast while booking but the hotel said no its not paid so i had to call the customer care and make them have a word with the hotel, which later the hotel confirmed they missed it. there is no 24hrs hot water facility but in the afternoon boiling hot water comes on every outlet, the washbasin, taps, even the flush and jetspray which was very annoying as the bathroom was just not accessible. they provide you only 1 towel not two for both days. there are no glasses and kettle. there is no complimentary water too, i paid for the water i ordered.Silvia Pereira, 14 Nov
