My booking was made on cpai (room + breakfast + taxes) but the hotel staff denied of providing the breakfast as they said that they haven't got any instructions from fab hotels for the breakfast. this is really unprofessional. i contacted the customer representative (md. saifi) who processed my booking but instead of helping, he gave me another no. and asked me to call at that number. for a breakfast, i can't keep on calling here and there. it's really unprofessional. fab hotels should refund my breakfast amount which they charged extra.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
