Rooms were good as per price but are in a great news of repairs as in our room 2 mouse entered from the wholes below the curtain area , the service is little late ut takes approx 45 min to bring a ordered food to your table might also take a hour overall it is good but they can invest in the repairs of the hotel

The bed sheets were torn and smelling very badly. the bath room curtain was very dirty. the bath room door could not be locked. the card reading machine was not working. there was very little choice for breakfast. dirt was all around the hotel.

The worst hotel stay i ever experienced. no hot water provided. intercom, mobile and landline not working and have to go upstairs for everything the sockets were not working have to use the tv socket for phone charging the washroom could not be closed from outside hence the room keeps smelling staff behaves as if mocking the guests the owner is no where to be seen and no one else is responsible

_avoid fab hotel_ we had a horrific experience at fab hotel! the rooms advertised on their website and third-party booking sites were completely misleading. when we arrived and saw the actual rooms, we were shocked and disappointed. the rooms were smelly, dirty, and poorly maintained. the washrooms were damaged, and the ceilings needed repair. to top it all off, there was garbage dumped right in front of the rooms. we were so put off that we decided not to even check in and instead booked a new room at a different hotel right in front of fab hotel. the contrast was like night and day! _rating:_ 0/5
