1 AverageThe receptionist was very arrogant and cold when we entered. i showed my id as a judicial officer and she said, 'ye nahi chalega, koi aur dikhao' instead of politely asking for another proof which would anyways be smaller than my official id. the manager guy was ignorant when we asked him to change the bedsheets, he straight out refused. rooms smelled bad and were very humid. the bathing area was clogging. very small rooms with electrical issues. mattresses were smaller than the beds so they were not tucked in properly. i would have given 0 stars if that was possible.Pictures Twenty Three, 27 Jan

1 AverageI had an extremely disappointing experience with fabhotel shubhangan. despite making a confirmed booking for 2 rooms well in advance through goibibo, the hotel denied my check-in on the day of arrival. their justification was that the rate i paid online was "too low," which is completely unacceptable. as a customer, i trusted this hotel to honor a confirmed booking, but instead, i was left stranded with my family in another city without accommodation. the staff refused to take responsibility and directed me to goibibo for resolution, showing a total lack of professionalism and customer service. a hotel’s primary responsibility is to provide the service they promised, and refusing a booking due to pricing is unethical and reflects poorly on their management practices. this kind of behavior not only causes inconvenience but also tarnishes the trust customers place in such establishments. i strongly advise against booking this hotel, as they may not honor their commitments, leaving you in a difficult situation. choose accommodations that prioritize their customers and maintain professionalism.Aditya Sharma, 11 Dec
