5 FabulousThe whole building is under some kind of renovation and it's impossible to recognise without the name boards. there is no elevator if you have big bags. the rooms are clean and okayish. the staff is really polite and very helpfulNiranjan Shenoy, 17 Mar

1 AverageI booked it after travelling long connecting flights thinking of that i will be able to rest and sleep undisturbed. morning someone was ringing the bell loudly outside in the corridor. the host on the reception sushil was very arrogant and rude and out of no where he booked two rooms without making it clear to me. they tried to scam with me but failed. however at the time of final payment he demanded extra payment and when refused. he did not even care to help me with my luggage's downstairs and all the staff where busy on their phone in the lobby. no one came to assist even after asking for help. sushil needs some customer service training big time.Abdul Wahid Shaikh, 29 Jan

1 AverageIt was a disastrous stay. the room was suffocating and cockroaches were there. extremely uncomfortable and unsafe environment, especially for families. not at all recommended. there was no restaurant facility which they claimed in the website. there were frequent late-night comings and goings, and the overall vibe felt more akin to a transient spot rather than a welcoming hotel for families.Reshma Dev, 19 Jan
