1 AverageI had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. despite my check-in time being from 12 pm to the next day at 11 am, i arrived slightly late, only to find that my room had been given to someone else, seemingly for the sake of profit. i reached the hotel at 2 pm and was made to wait until 3 pm for a room. when i contacted fabexpress customer service, they refused to take responsibility or offer no refund. the room itself was filthy, with a mouse spotted on the floor, and the staff, including the manager, showed no respect towards customers. i had also paid extra for breakfast, but they refused to serve it due to timing issues. overall, this was a terrible experience.Ims Juniour, 26 Sep

2 AverageI have a veey bad experience with fab service. the hotel denied my booking and the customer care was very irresponsible. it took almost 2 hours to resolve my issue. i have done the payment while booking and they literally tested my patience. that too in the midnight.. really horrible service from the fab hotelsSoumen, 21 Sep
