3 GoodRooms were claustrophobic, no ventilation other than air conditioning, no natural light, totally closed from all directions. mobile network was so poor that i could not receive important calls. whole day one need to switch on gloomy yellow light, feels like a morgue. bedsheet was dirty, towel was stained. had to ask for towel also. same breakfast everyday, no choice given, not even asking. walls are not noise proof. till late night people speak outside the room with loud voice, impossible to sleep. i infact checked out a day earlier because spending my day in that room and doing any work was impossible. never going to stay here again.Syamal Mitra, 15 Mar

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Pardeep Kumar Sharma, 5 Jun
