Hi dear! will write this article hoping that the hotel management and director will see my article, hoping that the director will work with the manager again, why is he angry with the customer and yelling. i rented a room and paid in full. i find his way of working very bad.

Staff is very unprofessional unable sleep whole night as the staff in reception kept playing the movie on loud sound even after requesting to lower the volume they never bothered to list

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. the room i was given had no windows, making it feel like a cramped, claustrophobic cage. it was also extremely dirty, which added to my discomfort. when i requested a room change, the manager informed me that there were no other options available. additionally, the surrounding area was filthy and unwelcoming, making it impossible for me to stay. i checked out the same day and did not continue my stay. i would never recommend this hotel to anyoneit was an absolutely terrible experience

Firstly room was not given as per the picture then i asked for the same room they said we have only 2 or 3 rooms like that which are shown in online. questioning to that we want the same room the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking, when i told him ill talk to customer care then he told me to wait they will same that room. overall room was disappointing.
