Worst hotel i ever visited. book it for 3 nights via fab hotel website and paid complete amount in advance. this is hotel a hotel it is dumpster with extreme wall seepage issues everywhere. they showed me 2 rooms and said this is the only option we have for deluxe room that i’ve booked. in one of the rooms water was dripping from the ceiling and entire room was wet. other room had car lift opening inside the room. 3rd room they showed said it is a premium room and made me pay 1500rs extra for it. room was the size of match box with zero ventilation in bathroom and room, ac was not working properly kept on turning off in every 5 mins. it was so suffocating i left in 1.5 hours. hotel didn’t gave me refund and fab hotel customer service was no help either. lost the rs10000 i paid for shitty place.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our hotel room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The room were dirty. there were stains inside the cupboard and mirror. the staff did not seem friendly. we did not comfortable there and checked out within an hour

I would give 0 stars if it was allowed. very disappointed with my stay i had a very bad experience during my stay at fabhotels. the room was unhygienic, with seepage on the walls, spider webs, and cockroaches. the door had a grill on top, which made it easy for anyone to look inside, and this completely took away our privacy. on top of that, a staff member tried to enter the room without permission to serve breakfast, even though i had already said no. this made me and my female companion feel unsafe and uncomfortable. we decided to check out early because of these issues. the conditions were unacceptable, and i hope fabhotels improves their standards for future guests. worst part is there is 0 help from customer support
