Close to airport good. but room was welcomed by cockroach and mosquito. too small room it was mentioned deluxe room but not even 30% of wat is shown in online. room are too dirty and the worse part is the bathroom it was smelling so bad that i couldn’t sleep because of the smell they didn’t even clean the floor and the bathroom door was not working.

Very small room worst services. only one bottle water provide for 3 guests taste less tea worst quality food. will neither stay nor recommend fab hotels to anyone. please don't stay in fab hotels. it's a wastage of your hard earned money.

Checkin was delayed by over 2 hours. room had cockroaches. and the 3 people room was too small with no windows. maybe worth the price in mumbai but not good overall. it is a bit difficult to find and looks shady. linen was also not very clean in 1 room. the other room was better. but don't expect any services from the staff. i had to attend a concert so i took the booking otherwise i would have cancelled.

One of the worst hotel ever seen, rooms shown in booking and actual rooms are completely different. room stinks, no proper laundry done for bed spreads and pillow covers, rest room not cleaned properly. the most dirtiest rooms ever.
