Given the mumbai's expensive real estate, we can't crib about room size at this price. it's a proper, neat and clean hotel best suited for businessmen coming over to mumbai for overnight stay. not far from santacruz metro and easily accessible from business hubs like bkc. would recommend anyone looking for a decent affordable stayover place.

The services offered complimentary are very limited like there is only one 500ml water bottle offered for each day and and no shampoo. room was very good as it was renovated but wash basin was so small and bath too was just ok size also remember the road in front of hotel is mostly jammed after 08:30 in the morning till 10 am and then in evening, and there is a lot of noise due to horns of vehicles as well as this can affect your sleep in the evening. if you want to get out and catch a cab/auto from hotel then take a buffer time of 1hr as due to rush, cabs get canceled and rides don't get picked up

The room was very clean and tidy. the staff was very polite and sensitive to my needs. this is a very good stay option if you are in mumbai for just work, or outdoor commitments. very centrally located to the airport, and for meetings between andheri and up to bandra.

Rooms are small & well cleaned. but if ac will be on the door is ac is off means room is sweating i mean its not proper airtight.. floors get wet.. staffs are very good but bit slow response sometimes. 500ml water bottle for a room is provided. quantity of breakfast is somewhat less & no varieties.. mostly bread only... need improvement on this
