FabHotel Airport Palace

Purpose solved, they say including breakfast, but time they serve at 8 am, if you want before 8 am they say with out hesitation no. rooms are ok. i may comparing with some luxurious hotels. as per mumbai standards it may good locality and clean property. i will not recommend for families vacation.

Worst hotel, i will never visit again they don’t have proper rooms, they charge more than their original rates. the room which was given was not having proper lights, proper tv , no sanitation and irresponsible staff. they just know to earn the money not to respect guests. they intentionally behaved in a wrong way and compelled us to leave the hotel before the check out by their stupid stunts. worst hotel and worst staff, never visit

Fully mosquitoes in room photos shared in website is not matching in room

Do not book ever with fab hotels. worst experience of my life. when reached early in the morning after 12 hours of journey they said there is no room for you. waited for 2 hours for the room. no proper breakfast & tea. fab hotels company is scam. you can book this property directly if you are looking for basic and short stay. location was good. the receptionist was helpful.

Really good hotel, i look forward to staying here . the staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. it is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. rooms are spacious and good value for money.

I had a terrible stay at fabhotel airport palace. i had reached the place at 5 am and they told me to come back at 9.30 for check in. when i came back at 10, the room still wasn't cleaned and the guy at the reception (saif) was quite rude. then, another person who came was allowed to check in as i was still waiting there, and when i asked why that happened, he said they came early and that my check in was at 12. the tone and demeanor of the staff was borderline threatening, which made you feel quite unsafe (not to mention that the area and location itself was shady). i immediately left and booked a hotel near the airport (there are quite a few which offers value for money unlike this place). more importantly, even the fabhotel team was unhelpful when i called them about the incident and the fact that i felt unsafe. it seems fabhotel team (kshitij and lokesh in particular) does not care about customer safety and only is concerned with taking money from these places. overall, i would recommend never staying at this hotel (especially when there are many other airport hotels which are great and not that expensive). i would also suggest avoiding fabhotel as a whole given their lack of willingness to help a customer who faced a serious issue in one of their hotels.
