Scam alert - extortions for coldplay concert our booking (confirmed on 23rd october) for a two day stay over the weekend of the concert happening, was cancelled one month later due to "technical issues". initial cost of room per night was inr 9000 per night. and suddenly one month later fab express team have woken up to the strategy of making is inr 57,000 per night. their words "pay extra or we will not honour your confirmed booking". the receptionist at the property himself stated a bold "yes" when i asked him have you not suddenly changed the price because of the coldplay concert. blames flying all over the place - "talk to booking.com" or "pay us more and we'll reserve it again". my humble request to those who see this review - you might like the property, the prices sound nice to you but don't empower these scammy profiteers over human spirit. do not allow these scam money making machines to leech of honest people travelling just to get a break from the hectic lives.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the comfort of the room was top-notch, making me feel right at home. the breakfast facilities exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to all my needs.

Worst ever experience to stay in a hotel. after reporting someone asked about the agreed tarrif. then a room was provided. after entering the room it was found that the it's a damp and smelly roomwithout any window. the walls are damp, water is dipping from the ac, linens are not changed and the room is full of cockroaches. after complaining only linens were changed. at around 11pm the room was full of water dipped from ac. again after shouting a smaller room with window ac and damaged wall facade and again a cockroach infested room was provided. since there was no other alternative we had to stay in that room. rooms were not cleaned everyday and it was cleaned only after rigorous persuasion. besides the above the hotel allows young unmarried boys and girls to hire it for few hours. it was a nightme to stay in such unhygienic hotel. it appears that fab hotel has no control over it and i felt completely cheated.

This hotel redefines budget travel. offering top-notch amenities and services at such reasonable prices is truly praiseworthy. it's a haven for travelers who seek quality without breaking the bank.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. the view from my room was breathtaking, and i couldn't get enough of it.
