Horrible experience with the front desk staff named rana. he was rude and doesnt know how to communicate with the guest and not corporative at all. he make us stood outside hotel for an hour and doesnt ready to talk to customer service of fab people. ruthless person i have ever seen in my life. will never recommend to any one. rooms, bedsheet washroom everything was filthy. bad service

Rooms were not good, as per the rates. our room has a broken wall. we booked the room with breakfast, but we didn't get any breakfast, cause they don't have there own kitchen. they said they will bring from outside and deliver the food to us. overall not a good stay. the reception person was very rude. also tv was not working. average stay.

The rooms were not clean, the tv was not working, breakfast was not given, and a water bottle was not provided. i need my money back on this. also you have charged me a room with breakfast but that's not given.
