Restaurant staff. very friendly and helpful. we had a good night sleep after a long flight. great wifi. we had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

The worst hotel ever to have stayed in. i booked it through fab hotels and i was cheated of. the rooms was dingy with poorest hygiene, water was dripping down the washroom. it felt like i was being jailed. won't recommend anyone to go for it. the support staff will be on your head unless you pay them. such a shameless staff. pathetic hotel and pathetic service

I had worst experience at hotel kurla inn which was very disappointing and unexpected from fab hotels. poor service with small congested accomodation including no facilities and poor hygiene.

I have a very strong feedback to share as u didn’t went for this hotel initially, fab hotels randomly allocated me to this location where i booked a good hotel before. the staff was nice but there was no electricity backup, some issue happend nearby so there was no electricity for almost 12 hrs
