Good day, i stayed in this hotel from 26th jan 2025 to 31st jan,room and hotel facilities were ok as per price i paid.also happy with hotel staff coperation. only fab hotel group customer service executive were not coperative and not customer oriented. initially i booked my stay from 26th jan to 1st feb 2025.i paid partial payment for this booking. on time of checking i requested for amendment in booking date till 29th jan and will increase stay days if required. but they refused to do so and insisted for full payment at time of checking only. only option left with me to make new booking and forget previous booking amount of rs 2310. so this way i lost my hard earned money of rs 2310 (intial booking amount)inspite of staying in same hotel with new booking. so this way i learned new lesson person who look polite and coperative before booking will be not so after booking hotels. thanks fab for teaching me new lesson at price of rs 2310. my initial booking i'd was gvug7e

The service at reception was excellent. the room was much better than i had expected. i would book again.

The property is excellent with very good food. we had a very good time.

Amazing service, awesome room facilities. loved stating here. my favourite hotel for sure.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as they could .
