Worsted experience in my life very bad services in fab hotel

Worst experience ever, none of the charging ports were working, filthy sheets , smelly washroom and 0 attention to service.they people were unbothered about the conditions of the room. literally gave uncleaned room at the time of checkin. i would really not recommend this one or fab hotel in general.

Had the most pathetic experience. i and my husband booked a deluxe room. we arrived at around 11 at night and the room was not ready. there were random guys roaming around and a few were smoking hookah right at the entrance next to the reception. the receptionist was drunk and super disrespectful and then arrived another guy who was drunk as well. he started blaming us for arriving late and not calling before our arrival. what kind of customer service is this!! the entire scene was terrifying and super disturbing. the guy checked us in and gave us the room. i and my husband felt very very unsafe and i tried calling the fabhotel customer service explaining how shady the entire place was, requested them to either cancel the booking or transfer to another fabhotel which is safer. the customer rep was very disrespectful as well and didn't offer any support or help. it was around 12 and we left the hotel. since we did online booking, we paid around 5k for 2 nights and didn't avail any service. the room was very very dirty, there was loud music playing in another room and the entire place gave an unsafe, pathetic vibe. i do not recommend this hotel to anyone and neither do i recommend any of the fab hotels in ludhiana or any other city. safety is most important and this place offers nothing closer to that.

I recently visited india from usa and travelled to ludhiana for some business related work. i stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! the location was peaceful , offering easy access to all the main markets and locations like model town, sarabha nagar etc. the rooms are very spacious and clean. got to know that the management was changed recently and the owner mr. devender rana took management under his command. i had a chance to meet him during my stay and he is one of the nicest guy i ever met. the service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a comfortable stay. i highly recommend this hotel for a delightful combination of good location, clean rooms, and impeccable service.

Best and best hotel if you are planning with your hotness/chocolate/timepass. hope you understand in short! if you are planning to stay for a night with friend/s/family, juat room is ok ok because you will not have any facility like mini fridge, hot water cattle, tea/coffee maker, ll phone to connect with reception, their own independent kitchen. (zero facility). thanks! review date (19-december-2023) almost 2024 (starting).
