1 AverageWorst service, hot water not available, geyser not working, gave a water heater which was also not working, had to wait 45mins and then he gets half a bucket of hot water. paid extra for breakfast, but was saying it will take 20 mins to get it, didn't even inform that we had to let them know in prior, totally unprofessional had to wait 45 mins after we ordered for teaSiddharth Desai, 9 Oct

1 AverageWorst experience booking thru fab hotel firstly i did a booking thru mr nites fab executive the price which i booked hotel offered by mr nitesh tariff is with breakfast.when i reached hotel hotel manager denied to provide to room at that price after some mails and disscussion with fab team they offered me room after 20 min waiting. in morning they denied to given bfast complimentary which is included in my tarrif. my suggestion do not use fab hotelLalit Malhotra, 7 Aug

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 19 Nov
