1 AverageThe reason i am giving it 1 star is to bring light to the matter of cockroaches we stayed there for around 20 days and everything was almost fine but then i had to kill cockroaches day and night for all the 18-19 days that i stayed for the cleaning person azeem so proficient and efficient wrt his job, i could not see him working so hard everyday despite the never ending amount of cockroaches the hotel people are neither worried about the infestation nor are they worried about their cleaning staff who work so hard.i feel so bad for the cleaning guy plsss solve the cockroaches issue asap. it's sickening and really disgusting. otherwise the hotel was goodShaivee Sharma, 20 Mar

1 AverageTerrible experience – avoid this hotel at all costs! i recently stayed at this hotel in lucknow for 5 days, and it was an absolute nightmare. from the moment we checked in, the issues started piling up. the furniture in the room was broken, the mattress looked like it had been chewed on, and worst of all, there were cockroaches everywhere! they take full payment in advance and don't even provide basic amenities like toiletries, water bottles, slippers etc. the room service was incredibly slow – either they forgot our requests or took over an hour to address them. by the second day, we were completely fed up with the constant sight of cockroaches crawling around. despite repeatedly bringing this to the staff's attention, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and change our room. we finally decided to check out and asked for a refund, which they refused. after much hassle, they reluctantly agreed to change our room, but it was just as bad, if not worse. cockroaches were literally roaming around our bed, and we had to keep spraying insecticide every time we saw one. it was beyond frustrating, and we didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all. this was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had. the management’s lack of concern and hospitality was appalling, and the condition of the rooms was disgusting. i strongly recommend you stay far away from this place. i’m attaching images and videos as proof of the horrifying conditions we had to endure.Yogesh Shankhala, 17 Feb

1 AverageTerrible experience it was an absolute nightmare. room - the furniture in the room was broken, the mattress was bitten by rat, and worst of all, there were cockroaches everywhere!. the condition of the rooms was disgusting. washroom - broken shower handles and washbasin. cockroaches everywhere. no basic stuffs provided, you'll have to continuously request them about it. payment and amenities - they take full payment in advance and don't even provide basic amenities like toiletries, water bottles, slippers etc. room service - the room service was incredibly slow – either they forgot our requests or took over an hour to address them. front desk - least bothered about your request once you check-in. very rude behaviour. the management’s lack of concern and hospitality was appalling.Priyanka, 17 Feb

4 Very GoodWhen you arrive you will not find any smiles or kindness. they will take you to a dirty room and when you ask to change it no one will apologize to you, you will have to apologize. the room is cold and for hot water you will have to wait. at night you will be woken up by mice running through the ceiling. in the morning you will eat pancakes greasy with old oil. but strange to say, that's okay, finding something better in lucknow is impossible, and considering the average level and its price everything becomes acceptable. this is india baby. after all the property looks new and elegant, the location is central, the service staff is always helpful. thanks to them i survived in lucknow.Francesco Sorrentino, 22 Jan

3 GoodEverything was fine but there were rats and cockroaches in the room. hygiene is not maintained. thy charged 37 rupees doe a 20 rs water bottle even tho the mrp was printed. we had to change the room. also, there's not enough parking space available so if you are coming with your own vehicle it is not suggested. eUsman ., 14 Dec
