FabHotel Ramayana

It's not a hotel very disappointed, it's very sad to see these type of hotels working under fab hotels chain -lift not working. as parents are old they have to climb 3 floors through stairs -no food service, but breakfast was included during booking paid for that. they have to go outside of hotel for their meal -in the name of room service they charged for complimentary water bottles too - unhygienic rooms - 1. as i had booked the hotel for 2 days for my parents, as my stay is confirmed, rooms should be cleaned at 12 noon, flight got delayed 3-4 hours and they reached the hotel at 9:30 pm, as expected the room should be handed over to them at their arrival but when my parants reached, they cleaned the room in front of them, as they were really exhausted and want to rest, 2. as it was mentioned their should be breakfast included during the stay, but to my surprise their wasn't any restaurant and i was asked to eat outside of the hotel, i hardly payed extra for 2 days breakfast 3. in the name of room service, i was charged for water bottle which should be complementary during the stay, atleast 2 bottles should be complementary for 2 people i stayed in many hotels but staying here is like night mare mosquitoes every where

Best hospitality team they knows their work very well. rooms are clean and hygenic . must visit again soon.

No proper service , lift not working , no proper reception , no proper food facility no wifi at 3rd floor .would never checkin in this hotel .

Overall service pathetic. room alloted was unclean with bedsheets, pillow covers unchanged. room service had only one functioning staff and that too with poor and lethargic service. ordered a simple breakfast for two people which arrived after one and half hour for only one person. reordered again but the second time the breakfast never came. receptionist lady showed lazy, uncooperative and arrogant attitude. room was average but overpriced. demanded refund for poor service but the receptionist refused to reimburse the money and the services continued to be pathetic. totally ruined the experience. better opt for a 3 star hotel with equal rate and better services than this mediocre hotel.

No foreigners allowed. we showed up at midnight and were told to leave and find something new. lucknow isn't a very safe place so it was a pretty dangerous situation. they also precharged us 4899 rupees for 3 nights which they refused to refund.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.
