A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. the breakfast was very good. clean and comfortable rooms. the sleep quality in the room was very good. modern bathroom facilities. overall it was a very good experience.

So we checked in around 10pm as our train was unexpectedly late. the room in which we were first checked into was dirty and the lights were fuse thus we requested for a change of room. there wasn’t much difference in the conditions of both the rooms as the hooks to hang clothes and towels were broken, the tvs weren’t working at all, the pillows were torn and the pillow covers had a bad smell, undoubtedly unwashed. we had request twice to get clean pillow covers, finally they managed to do so. the good points were that the food was fine and the staff were soft spoken and mannered. the prime locations, like hazratgang, aminabad, bara imambara, chaarbagh railway stations were quite close and the hotel was on the main road so one could get public transport facilities easily.
