Pathetic hotel - a lousy receptionist with his shirt top open who keeps spitting tobacco in a bucket next to his chair, a dark unwelcoming lobby, a stinking toilet in the lobby, and a horrible room with the worst possible bathroom. this is what they call a fab grand hotel. shameful! i had booked it just for an hour to take a shower after reaching lucknow by train. i thanked my stars that it was for an hour only. it's not worth even half the rates they charge. avoid !!!

Earlier there was multiple issues , like no tv connection , no wifi on 2 floor i find this hotel ok to choose it you have no other choice in 1500 rs.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
