New staff is very rood & froud the ask extra money & cancel booking unsave place toady i m at hotel the room is available but the staff said that we will have to wait for 3 hour. for cleaning, although the room was clean, everything was there, payment was made in advance, even after that we were cheated.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. the comfortable rooms made my stay relaxing, and i was pleasantly surprised by the easy booking process.

Not worth it, worst service i have seen in my life.... staff busy own conversation in front desk. this is not professional anymore. i want to stay more , first they confirm we can stay on a next day after 15 minutes, they said dont have . you have to leave know. what kind of service fab provide to customer. i know fab very well about his services, but i dont why you guys are not strict this kind of hotels. i will make sure next time me and my group(architecture and interior industry). not going to book any kind of service from fab. uneducated staff, most of them dont know to talk . i think 12 th fail people are handling.

The exhaust was not working and they did not bother to get it fixed. the lady at reception miss anam was very should and shouted on me and banged up the phone when i asked about getting my room cleaned. her answer was if the hotel staff did not do then it’s not my fault. i called again and she hanged up again stating she has other works to do. i paid to stay at the hotel , did not stayed for free. request the owner of the property to please do something with miss anam, she is the face of your hotel and her rude and arrogant attitude will only spoil the reviews of such a nice hotel.
