The staff is terrible yelled on me nd made me check out immediately didnt even gave time for packing nd i m telling the truth tht happened to me all my bookings were cancelled which i made from fab hotels even fab hotels didnt refunded my entire amount

**terrible experience - no booking, no cleanliness!** i had a horrible experience at this so-called hotel. despite having made a reservation through agoda, the staff outright denied having any booking in my name. instead of clarifying, they just said the hotel was already fully booked. extremely unprofessional! i had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. despite having a confirmed reservation through agoda, the staff denied any record of my booking and simply informed me that the hotel was fully booked. the lack of professionalism was shocking and caused unnecessary inconvenience. to make matters worse, the hotel was in terrible condition. it resembled a rundown lodge or dharamshala rather than a proper hotel. there was no cleanliness at all—dirty rooms, lack of hygiene, and no upkeep. while i was there, other guests were also complaining about leaking taps and the absence of hot water. the staff's response was equally disheartening, as they casually mentioned that the heating plant wasn't working. i’m genuinely surprised this property is listed on platforms like agoda. i would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

No proper service provide by hostel staff they're not professional and they don't know how to behave with customers, it took them 30mins to bring water now you can imagine how much time it used to take for food after multiple reminder and call washroom also not good
