"I was sceptical about this hotel at first. But I was surprised by the services I was provided with. Mr Prasenjit the owner is very nice person and accommodates all the requests you have any helps in every possible way that he can. The staff were polite, room was kept neatly and you will have your privacy. The food was a big issue for me as I was basically from southern part of India. But to my surprise, the food was decent and some simple dishes even were excellent. For the price I paid, this was one of the amazing stays that I have experienced. Thank you!"

"Please dont book this property.. They cheat people. We booked them for one night (11/10/24) and paid the the advance of rs 1000 on 06/10/2024 but at the time of check in they denied having any booking on showing the booking slip the sftaff said we are full .. and was trying to give rs 1000 back. And we stood there for 2 hrs helplessly the guy mr shanak even didn't pick our calls and somebody else was talking on his behalf.. after lots of harrasment they arranged a place which was way below the criteria of ours.. after long 3 hrs they said they wasted enough of their time and refunded as thousand rs. And we were stranded on the road ruinng the puja day (Astami) for seven of us.. they were not even sorry for what they did. Please dont book this property."

"Rooms are good enough in the budget. But in terms of service i had a huge disappointment,if had a negative star i would have given that. Be careful when you already paid the amount while booking,In case they get another booking with higher price for the same room,You will be made to move to another property without any logic. I didn’t find the behaviour of the receptionist much helpful. Money over service of the customers."

But, I would like to mention, that kitchen services are available only at 8am.Some guests Check out early morning, so it will be really helpful, if Electric Kettle,Tea Bags are provided. "The location is relatively happening and one wouldn’t feel out of place walking into the hotel reception through the snack outlet in the ground floor. The walk from the reception through to the rooms may take one through some not so hygienic food preparation scenes via poorly lit ally and stairs. I was worried when walking through here the first time about the quality of the rooms but luckily the rooms were a different shade. I must say that the rooms were really well built with heavy doors, quality fittings and plumbings, but is not being maintained upto the mark. The room is visually appealing and brightly lit and all that. But the lack of proper maintenance clearly shows. The sheetings are probably reused from a “Oyo” period this hotel went through which is poor attention to detail given that it now part of the Fabhotel chain! The single towel provided for a double occupancy deluxe room was almost in a dilapidated state. The tap had no handle. The air conditioning probably needed a gas charging. Service also needs to be upped. I had issue with my breakfast not being reflected in their app and despite me showing my booking confirmation, they weren’t ready to offer me my paid breakfast! The first time lost about an hour to negotiate and get the breakfast delivered to the room. For ₹100/head, it is marked up food from the snack shop at the ground floor which one can come eat in an air conditioned environment itself. The hygiene level is the same- I found a cockroach in my subzi the last day towards the end of my meal. Didn’t have time nor patience to complain and get it sorted. At no time during my 3 nights of stay was a room cleaning offered. The room has a complimentary bar soap and a shampoo bottle. The air conditioning in the room was weak and it takes the minimum 18deg to be set to be able to feel some chillness in the room- this was 104. The water heating was great- enjoyed the shower, but the poor quality towel didn’t end the experience well. If I were to consider the pricing of 1200 for double occupancy without breakfast, this might still be a hit and miss given the poor maintenance. The room that we stayed was visually good and liveable and hence not a deal breaker for us. But it is by no means a 3 star hotel. However a decent option if one wants to try in the current state in this price range. If the lack of maintenance goes on for another year then it might be poor choice. Hope Fabhotel gives proper attention to this hotel’s facilities and service and not just hang a board up front!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at FABHOTEL PRIME THE PAVILION , and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for my entire stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had some of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured everything was spotless each day. The hotel's location was also ideal – close to key attractions but still quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax. Overall, my stay at FABHOTEL PRIME THE PAVILION (NEWTOWN) exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of Comfort, and exceptional service."

"I booked and paid for the room online on MakeMyTrip and when reached there at 7pm and the staff at reception was so rude and also denied checkin stating the amount I paid online was not enough. I had to book another hotel which was 7kms from this place. When I complained to MakeMyTrip the hotel says that I never visited the property. This is so cheap. Since I travelled solo I came out from there, but imagine someone coming with family/ Groups and these cheap people demand for extra money then customer will obviously pay to avoid inconvenience. These guys are very cheap. Never ever book this hotel. I see many 5 star reviews. l think they are paid or fake reviews. Moreover there are no shops, restaurant and transport nearby (atleast for 500mtrs). So not a great location to stay."
