The location is relatively happening and one wouldn’t feel out of place walking into the hotel reception through the snack outlet in the ground floor. the walk from the reception through to the rooms may take one through some not so hygienic food preparation scenes via poorly lit ally and stairs. i was worried when walking through here the first time about the quality of the rooms but luckily the rooms were a different shade. i must say that the rooms were really well built with heavy doors, quality fittings and plumbings, but is not being maintained upto the mark. the room is visually appealing and brightly lit and all that. but the lack of proper maintenance clearly shows. the sheetings are probably reused from a “oyo” period this hotel went through which is poor attention to detail given that it now part of the fabhotel chain! the single towel provided for a double occupancy deluxe room was almost in a dilapidated state. the tap had no handle. the air conditioning probably needed a gas charging. service also needs to be upped. i had issue with my breakfast not being reflected in their app and despite me showing my booking confirmation, they weren’t ready to offer me my paid breakfast! the first time lost about an hour to negotiate and get the breakfast delivered to the room. for ₹100/head, it is marked up food from the snack shop at the ground floor which one can come eat in an air conditioned environment itself. the hygiene level is the same- i found a cockroach in my subzi the last day towards the end of my meal. didn’t have time nor patience to complain and get it sorted. at no time during my 3 nights of stay was a room cleaning offered. the room has a complimentary bar soap and a shampoo bottle. the air conditioning in the room was weak and it takes the minimum 18deg to be set to be able to feel some chillness in the room- this was 104. the water heating was great- enjoyed the shower, but the poor quality towel didn’t end the experience well. if i were to consider the pricing of 1200 for double occupancy without breakfast, this might still be a hit and miss given the poor maintenance. the room that we stayed was visually good and liveable and hence not a deal breaker for us. but it is by no means a 3 star hotel. however a decent option if one wants to try in the current state in this price range. if the lack of maintenance goes on for another year then it might be poor choice. hope fabhotel gives proper attention to this hotel’s facilities and service and not just hang a board up front!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the comfort of the room was top-notch, making me feel right at home. the breakfast facilities exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to all my needs.

Overcharged for this kind of room. i stayed here for 5days and they are not ready to change badsheet. you must stay with dirty used badsheet,towel , pillow. all items are used by others and not cleaned. hotel owner is so unprofessional. don't stay here and never ever book any room in this hotel.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.

Finding a hotel with such unbeatable prices and remarkable quality was a pleasant surprise. it's the perfect choice for smart travelers.
