1 AverageNever come to this hotel , this hotel is terrible poor facilities with poor staff and services , no any covid preparedness washroom are dirty no any wifi. i repeat never come to this hotel. i am regular user of fabhotels app but from now i swear i will delete this app and also tell my friends to not use this useless app. they charged me 300 extra for just a dark spot due to food on bedseet i aslo speak to customer service but they didn't even notice my voice and didn't even helped me. they charged me 1700 and such poor experience. so atlast i say never book this hotel .Prashant Kumar, 12 Apr

1 AverageNo breakfast was offered. had to leave without having breakfast. pathetic bedsheet and hygiene. had a terrible stay in this hotel. please avoid such crappy hotels snd save your money. don't bother to see fake reviews because they ate fake. rooms looked clean snf tidy but the bedsheets were not. plus had to face noise all the night from coming from staff moving in items.Bishal Mallick, 26 Aug

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Shyam Pal Singh, 24 Oct
