"It was the worst experience.. hole in the bedsheet, fan not working, bathroom was not clean, bathroom window was covered with towel as there was no privacy, flies everywhere. There was no soap towel or hand wash, the blanket was dirty, pillows were dirty and smelling dirty . The room was not cleaned before the check in"
